Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join our team supporting children with autism in Philadelphia. Competitive hourly rate. LBS's duties includes:
> Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and our staff.
> Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
> Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
> Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
> Assessment of client progress over time
> Flexible scheduling
> Choose your own hours and locations

An active Pennsylvania LBS (Licensed Behavioral Specialist) is required.
Ability to travel through selected territory is required.
